The ceremony was attended by District Governor Aleksandar Petrov, Mayor of Varna Blagomir Kotsev, Deputy Mayor Sofia Koleva, Assistant District Governor Elena Filipova and the Head of the Regional Department of Education in Varna, Dr Irena Radeva.
